Frequently asked questions
When will I receive my downloadable file?
Items that are instant downloads are available within minutes of making a purchase. You will receive an email with a download link or it can be accessed by viewing your purchases while on Etsy.
When and how do I receive personalized items I purchase?
Once I receive your order with the details I will complete your order and upload it to your invoice for you to download. In 24 hours, but normally much less.
Be sure to add the details needed, name, initial, dates etc. (depending on the item purchased), in the 'notes to seller' when checking out so I can get started right away.
Can changes be made such as color and size?
Most items in my shop can be done in custom colors and some can be done in other sizes, depending on time constraints.
Please contact me with your request and I will let you know if it's possible and give a timeline. A small fee may be charged for changes depending on the time involved.
